Our Returns Policy
Buyer to pay postage costs on return items, except on the occasion that the item received is faulty or the wrong item has been sent.
In the event that you need to return an item, in the first instance, we advise that you contact us directly within 14 days of delivery (please note, we will not accept returns after 30 days). When making a return, the goods must be; un-used, in a re-saleable condition complete with all accessories and documentation and sufficiently wrapped to avoid damage in transit.
Should your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we advise that you contact us directly as we can resolve issues more quickly by doing so.
If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly.
Once we have received the item back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to you via your original payment method
Customer satisfaction is key, which is why we provide excellent service for any goods that are returned. However, cable that is cut to length or any other tailored products will not be subject to a refund.
Refunds will be issued with the postage costs deducted.
The customer is expected to provide postage for returns.
We aim to process our returns and refunds within 7 working days.
